Architecture

We offer Architectural services for your residential or small commercial needs. Our residential services include the design for new houses, renovations, and additions. Our small commercial services include small non-residential buildings and build-out spaces including offices, retail, and other similar uses.

Interior Design

We offer Interior Design services for your residential and small commercial needs. Our services include everything from furniture and finish selection to furniture placement. Our Interior Consultations can be as limited to simply providing advice through a full service design.

Project Administration

We offer Project Administration services for your residential and small commercial needs. Our services include on-site observation and coordination during the construction phase of your project.

Process

Introduction

Our first meeting with a potential client is to establish an overview of the proposed project. We visit the site of the proposed project; meet with and listen to the client regarding their wants and desires for the finished project; and discuss ways in which those can be achieved.

Schematic Design Phase

  • An in-depth meeting with the client to establish specific project needs and to learn the aesthetic style of the client
  • Field Visit to the Project Site
  • Preparation of Schematic Drawings, including plans and elevations, to represent the proposed designs for the project
  • Review of building codes, HOA restrictions, and zoning regulations that are applicable to the project
  • Meetings with Client to review the proposed designs
  • Revisions to design based on Client feedback
  • Final Schematic Drawing completion
  • Review of Drawings with potential Contractors, if requested

Construction Document Phase

  • Preparation of Drawings on CAD
  • Completion of Construction Documents from which project can be constructed and permitted

Construction Administration Phase

  • Availability to project contractor to answer field questions
  • Review of construction progress
  • Review of any project submittals by contractor
