North Carolina Beach House
Our client desired to have a design for a beach house to be constructed on a vacant lot on the North Carolina coast. The design criteria included maximization of ocean views from the front of the home and a more private outdoor space with a pool to the rear of the home. The classic upside-down beach house layout was used with Main Entrance and parking on the first level, Bedrooms and Baths on the second level, and Living Areas and Master Bedroom on the top level. The design of the exterior is in keeping with the vernacular of the area.
